Sustainability is no longer a niche issue in the textile industry, but a fundamental responsibility that companies should assume — especially when it comes to corporate merchandise. More and more consumers value environmentally friendly and ethically produced products. For companies, this means that sustainable materials are not only a statement for the environment, but also an opportunity to credibly present brand values.
In this article, we'll introduce you to three particularly sustainable materials — organic cotton, recycled polyester and lyocell — and show you how they impress in the production of high-quality corporate merchandise.

Cotton is one of the most popular materials in the textile industry. But while conventional cotton is often contaminated with high water consumption and the use of chemicals, organic cotton offers a sustainable alternative.
The use of organic cotton is therefore not only a benefit for the environment, but also for the quality of the products. For T-shirts or hoodies, we use heavy cotton qualities that are durable and comfortable to wear. You can find more information about our organic cotton products here.

Polyester often has a bad reputation in the environmental debate. But recycled polyester, made from old PET bottles, is a resource-saving and innovative solution for sustainably using the advantages of the material.
💡 Despite its advantages, recycled polyester is not without controversy, as microplastic fibers can get into wastewater during washing, which are difficult to degrade and ultimately end up in water and the environment. It is therefore important to plan usage carefully and to use additional solutions such as wash bags or filter systems to minimize environmental effects.
While polyester is less breathable than natural fibers, the material is particularly suitable for products that should last a long time and be easy to clean. The combination with organic cotton creates versatile textiles that are ideal for long-lasting company merchandise. You can find more information about our recycled polyester products here.

Lyocell is a fiber made from eucalyptus wood. It is considered one of the most environmentally friendly innovations in textile design. The material is also often called Tencel, which is very similar and is made from beech wood. Tencel is a proprietary brand of Lenzing, a company that pays particular attention to ensuring that the material is produced sustainably.
Lyocell is an excellent choice, particularly in areas where comfort and hygiene play a role, such as sports or casual clothing. For merchandise, it also offers the opportunity to stand out from the competition with innovative and high-quality materials. You can find more information about our lyocell products here.
Sustainability is a key to impressing customers and partners. Anyone who offers environmentally friendly corporate merchandise sends a strong signal: The company acts responsibly and is committed to the future of the planet. At the same time, brands benefit from positive perceptions and strengthen their credibility.
The use of sustainable materials such as organic cotton, recycled polyester or lyocell not only protects the environment, but also ensures the quality of the products. High-quality fabrics guarantee that the textiles are used for a long time — a decisive factor in sustainably anchoring the brand message in the minds of users.
Sustainability in textile design is not a trend, but a necessity. With organic cotton, recycled polyester and lyocell, we offer a wide range of environmentally friendly fabrics that are not only good for the environment but also for customers.
Corporate merchandise made from sustainable materials is a statement of responsibility and quality. It shows that your company not only focuses on style but also on substance — a clear advantage in an increasingly conscious world.

We offer various shipping options, from standard to express. Depending on your location and how urgent your order is, we can arrange custom shipping solutions for you. Delivery to multiple locations is also possible.
For orders of 500+ pieces, we create a chargeable sample on request after the order is placed. For smaller orders, we can send you a package with various customer projects. Just scroll all the way down and click "Order sample" to choose your package.
Sustainability is at the core of our brand. We use materials from ethically responsible sources almost exclusively (more than 95% of all orders) and work with production partners committed to environmentally friendly practices. Alongside sustainable fabrics, all textiles are produced in the EU. We have a personal relationship with our production partners and employ a sewing workshop with around 10 employees in Fafe, Portugal. We also only work with GOTS-certified printers. If you'd like to learn more, check out the "Sustainability" tab at the top.
Since we manufacture the products ourselves and don't rely on blanks from other brands, we can still produce your desired product even many years later. If a material or accessory should ever become unavailable at one of our production partners for any reason, our team in Portugal will work with you to find an individual solution.
Feel free to try out our configurator to see how your design looks best on the various products. If you have specific questions, though, feel free to contact our team with your request.
The fastest way is of course our configurator. It has live pricing built in, so you see how the price changes with every design change. If you need a written quote, please contact us via the contact form.
Our minimum order quantities start at 50 pieces per design. That means you can order a T-shirt or hoodie in different sizes, but in total you need to buy 50 pieces of the same T-shirt in the same color with the same design. For socks, we have a minimum of 100 pairs per size range (e.g. 39-42 or 43-46). Best take a look at our configurator — it shows you exactly what your design will cost in production.
Delivery times vary depending on product type and order quantity. Some products, like T-shirts and hoodies in our standard colors, can be delivered in about 4 weeks, but you should generally always plan for 8 weeks. For a specific time estimate for your order, please contact our customer service.
